MENTORSHIP AGREEMENT

This Mentorship Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into as of the date of purchase ("Effective Date") by and between Lauren Zeiher, operating under Lauren on Earth LLC ("Mentor"), and the undersigned client ("Client"), collectively referred to as the "Parties." This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions under which the Client agrees to participate in the mentorship program ("Program").

1. PROGRAM STRUCTURE
Upon purchase, the Client will receive a booking code to schedule their mentorship sessions. The Client is responsible for booking and completing all sessions within the designated timeframe:

  • 6 Sessions: To be completed within a 3-month period.

  • 12 Sessions: To be completed within a 6-month period. The booking code will expire at the end of the designated timeframe, and unused sessions will be forfeited. No extensions will be granted unless mutually agreed upon in writing by both Parties.

2. NO REFUNDS POLICY
The Client acknowledges and agrees that all payments made under this Agreement are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the Program, failure to use all sessions, or termination of participation.

3. CANCELLATION POLICY
If the Client cancels a scheduled session for any reason, that session is forfeited and will not be rescheduled. There will be no reimbursement, refund, or credit for missed or forfeited sessions.

4. RESCHEDULING
The Client may reschedule a session provided they give at least 48 hours’ notice prior to the originally scheduled session. Any rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session will not be honored, and the session will be forfeited. It is the Client's responsibility to reschedule using the link in the confirmation email.

5. RECORDINGS
The Mentor will provide recordings to the Client of each session unless agreed upon otherwise. However, the Client is responsible for ensuring they save the recordings, as the Mentor cannot guarantee they will always be available on Google Drive.

6. PAYMENT TERMS
If the Client has chosen a payment plan, they acknowledge and agree that they are responsible for completing all scheduled payments, regardless of their participation in or completion of the Program. The Client remains contractually obligated to fulfill the total payment amount.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Mentor makes no guarantees, representations, or warranties of any kind regarding the Client’s results from the Program. The Client acknowledges that the success of the Program depends on their own commitment and participation. The Mentor shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the Program.

8. CONFIDENTIALITY
Both Parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any sensitive or personal information shared during the mentorship sessions. The Mentor agrees not to disclose any Client information without prior written consent, except as required by law.

9. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which the Mentor operates. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through mediation before pursuing legal action.

10. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By purchasing and participating in the Program, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Parties and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral.

11. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY AND DISCLAIMER
By clicking "Agree," the Client acknowledges that they retain the right to use intuitive guidance according to their own free will and discernment. Final decisions and actions are the sole responsibility of the Client. The Client understands that intuitive guidance is not for diagnosing health issues, such as illness or pregnancy, and does not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice. No outcomes of intuitive guidance are guaranteed.

This service is intended for use by adults 18 years of age or older. It is the Client’s responsibility to determine if any information shared during sessions is valid and useful. Clients should always consult a physician for medical concerns, a qualified therapist for personal and relationship struggles, and an attorney for legal or business matters. By using this service, the Client confirms they are at least 18 years old. This service makes no representations or warranties, expressed or implied, concerning the accuracy, relevancy, or quality of the information provided. The Mentor assumes no liability for any loss or damages—including but not limited to physical, mental, financial, special, indirect, incidental, or consequential—resulting from information or guidance provided. By engaging with this service, the Client understands they are purchasing conversation time with an intuitive healer, who is not a substitute for the care of a physician, veterinarian, psychological counselor, or state-licensed professional. No information shared during a session is ever a substitute for the Client’s own good judgment.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Parties have agreed to the terms and conditions of this Agreement as of the Effective Date.
