Despite growing up in a small town in the northeast, Lauren’s free spirit guided the way at seventeen years old when she began expanding outward, ultimately in several vibrant cities from Charleston to LA to Denver to Tulum, in search of a place that truly felt like home. Today, she embraces a nomadic lifestyle, traveling to and immersing herself in sacred sites across the globe. Knowing she was different than most of her peers at a young age, she followed her intuition on a quest all over the world until finally one day in a cafe in Thailand, she confided in a new friend about her feelings and thoughts: something is wrong with me, I don’t fit in, I can’t connect with others like they can connect with each other. He laughed and casually said it’s okay, you’re a starseed. This profound encounter marked the beginning of a deep remembrance, igniting the awakening of her soul lineage.

While living in Charleston, Lauren developed a chronic illness and autoimmune disease that forced her to return home to the northeast. Despite already leading a healthy lifestyle and pursuing studies at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, her diagnosis left her bedridden and disconnected from active participation in society at the young age of 22. Determined to find answers beyond conventional medicine after being told there was no cure or no way to help her, Lauren turned to her intuition for guidance.

It was during these trying times of physical and emotional struggle that she deepened her spiritual connection. Spirit began to communicate with her, saying the opposite of what the conventional doctors had told her, inviting her to listen to spirit, who will guide the way back to health. She didn’t understand or make the connection that she had psychic abilities at this time, but felt so desperate that she listened to these voices.

The path guided her to Venice, Los Angeles, where she was told she was going there to "heal and learn." Immersed in the vibrant wellness scene of Los Angeles, she embraced an expansive exploration of holistic practices and personal growth. At the time, she was the marketing manager of an organic almond milk company in the height of the influencer era. This exposure to the wellness scene offered tremendous opportunities for growth. During her time in Venice, she not only liberated herself from the limitations of chronic illness but also delved into the realms of Ayurveda, nutrition, alternative medicine, energy work, herbalism, plant medicine, the Akashic Records, and psychic and intuitive development. She began her studies and greater development of her psychic abilities in 2018.

But the journey did not end when health was regained as she realized that the health issues served as a catalyst for her to address the deep-rooted traumas within her. As she deepened into the shadow work, she began to realize the presence of external energies within her system. She continued to courageously explore the depths of her being, diving head first into the shadow and long-neglected aspects of herself. She began making the connection that her health issues and psychological trauma was connected to our society, our systems and the consciousness groups that maintain this sense of power and control over the masses.

In 2021, Lauren went on a spiritual retreat in Mount Shasta with a woman from her LA days that she trusted and cared for. That was the start of her descent into the Underworld, but what she didn’t realize was that this woman (and her community) were a group of humans that operated under the guise of love and light spirituality, but in reality, were inflicting harm to all those who sought their guidance. She went through a three year period of working through strong psychic attacks and sorcery directed at her, not realizing until 2023 that this woman was behind it all. Although a very traumatizing and challenging situation, Lauren is grateful for this experience as it made her an even stronger shadow worker — there is no spell, attachment, entity, mind control that she cannot clear, transmute or release. There is no fear and through this experience, complete protection from the dark forces at play.

In addition to the Akashic Records, Lauren specializes in psychic surgeries, trauma healing, ancestral healing, and shadow work, allowing her to locate, identify, and clear energetic distortions or artificial or inorganic structures within the body that mirror the underlying disharmony in one’s physical, emotional and mental well-being. Lauren possesses the remarkable ability to perceive and illuminate the blind spots within one's consciousness, skillfully guiding individuals to explore the uncharted realms of their minds, uncovering hidden patterns, beliefs, and emotions that may have gone unnoticed whether internal, external or both. She has an ability to see into the darkness, to see through the distortions, the masks, the facade that these false spiritual communities hide behind.

Driven by her mission, Lauren is dedicated to sharing these transformative tools, helping individuals remember their truth, their purpose for incarnating on Earth, and guides them towards embodying divine unconditional love. She empowers others to establish their own direct channels of communication with God and the divine realms.
