Embark on a profound and deeply transformative 3-6 month journey dedicated to the rediscovery of your divinity, the cultivation of authentic self-love, and ultimately, liberate yourself from the deep-seated imprints and burdens your soul has carried across lifetimes.

This immersive experience is designed to facilitate a complete recalibration of your being, involving the reprogramming and recoding of your DNA while releasing subconscious and unconscious beliefs, traumas, and emotional imprints accumulated across many incarnations.

The process of dimensional evolution is intricate and far-reaching, influencing both matter and consciousness. It requires intentionality, resilience, patience, and deep integration as each stage unfolds. As we release all that is not and dissolve energetic limitations, this sacred journey is an opportunity to integrate higher frequencies of divine intelligence into your body and psyche, aligning you more fully with your soul’s highest expression and purpose.

Your light body is your divine identity and connection to all that is.

It is more than just your energy field or aura; it’s a collection of codes, of energy particles, some that are pure and some that are not. It is a vehicle that allows you to move between dimensions. It is your personal identification. It is a quantum leap, a rebirth into a new level of being. The light process changes you down to the very core.

Together, we are identifying those impure energetic particles, or un-transmuted aspects of self that still identify with fear, separation, conflict, and lack. Every quantum leap in your spiritual evolution requires a next level release of this attachment to suffering, or this belief that we are not divine.

We do not need to suffer, but our programming would have us believe that we do.

    generational and ancestral trauma while honoring the ancestors and your mission within the lineage. Not all ancestors want us to heal, and sometimes there are strong generational curses still affecting you today.

    Fully integrate the aspects of yourself that have been deemed unloved, unworthy, and rejected. It is a process of integration of the shadow, not transcendence and one that is done with an immense amount of love and patience.

The human body is a complex system, like a computer, and our DNA holds the codes that determine its operation. Throughout our evolutionary history, our DNA has been influenced and altered, both positively and negatively. Some of these alterations perpetuate fear, separation, polarity, self-doubt, loss of self, and disconnection.

While we may not consciously remember the traumas endured in past lifetimes, our spirits and bodies retain their imprint. These unhealed wounds, carried within each of us, have influenced our thoughts, emotions, and actions, shaping our experiences and limiting our potential. We have been living in a state of separation, unaware of the profound healing and growth that await us.

In this container, we are making the necessary adjustments of mind and body, as well as transmutations of karmic patterns within the cellular memory, so that higher consciousness can flow through.

Our journey together involves bringing forth the subconscious shadow material into the light of conscious awareness. We will diligently seek out and acknowledge those aspects of yourself that still harbor feelings of insecurity, inadequacy, and unlovability. These parts of self may be difficult to recognize due to disassociation throughout time and can sometimes be difficult to locate on your own.

Why does it all feel like so much?

As humans, we have had moments where we strayed from our hearts, as well as moments of divine connection. In those times of separation, we acted unconsciously and sometimes out of alignment with God, so we now have to face our choices, actions, karmas, behaviors and beliefs. It is likely that you are clearing karma and healing from multiple lifetimes of suppression, abuse and disempowerment, which is why it can feel never-ending or overwhelming at times. During my experience, there were parts of myself that I had to face that I didn’t even know existed and if it weren’t for my strong intuitive abilities and access to the Akashic field, I would have found myself so lost and confused.

I am here to reflect blind spots and bring forth a path that you might not have known was available to you.

My story

The journey to the underworld is not for the faint of heart. It demanded a willingness to face the depths of my own soul, to confront the illusions that kept me in a prison of my own creation. It was a journey of surrender and trust over and over and over again.

And as I traversed the underworld, collecting and loving these wounded parts of me, I knew this was not a descent into darkness, but a journey back to my own light. There were moments I felt like I couldn’t take anymore, that if I did not have my team and relationship to God and loving supportive soul family around me, I would maybe not have been as brave. The intention is to be that support for you, to be a fierce yet gentle guiding light through the descent, as well as a friend and support system in those inevitable darker moments.

What’s included?

This is a three to six month container depending on the individual and length of time needed. Choose between a package of 6 or 12 sessions.

  • A container and energetic structure that Lauren builds out, which will act as an additional layer of support and protection while we work together.

  • An agreement between my teams of light and yours, where Lauren’s team is working with you and supporting you and yours 24/7. Lauren is energetically holding the space for this transformation to occur and the energy will be consistently moving for the duration of our time together, not just while we are in session.

  • The sessions will include energy work in the form of psychic surgeries, quantum healings, subconscious clearing, ancestral work and so on. It can also involve intuitive guidance, Akashic Records or psychic development support.

  • Receive support via Voxer (a messaging app) between sessions.

  • All sessions are recorded and shared so you can go back and replay past healings/clearings.

We had my last and final healing in the light process on my birthday and the peace and light of unconditional love that surfaced was unworldly and magical. I don’t think I can emphasize Lauren’s talents enough. When you can virtually feel her healings and have a deep knowing that she is looking out for your best interest. I don’t think there has been a healer I’ve encountered that can beat that.

    After my last light process session, I was on cloud 9. I met someone that instantly made me realize what I deserve in a partner. Despite it being shortly lived, Lauren also reminded me the practice of detachment and letting the events flow. When you want to control the outcome, the universe will take things away. But also, realizing that the universe is also trying to teach us something. I found this pretty hard to navigate but nonetheless, I remembered that Lauren recommended me a book “Saturn, my friend”. Again, it was exactly what I needed to read to pick myself up again. After diving into the book recommendation, I felt gratitude for Lauren and realized everything will be ok. The universe always has a plan and lastly, I was reminded to not to be too hard on myself.   • Upon booking, you’ll receive a link and a code to begin booking your sessions. Ideally, we meet at least 2x a month but it can be more. They are meant to be scheduled intuitively, so you can go at the pace that’s right for you and take time to integrate and process as needed. You’ll also get an e-mail from me getting you set up on Voxer.

    Our first session together will be the official opening of our container, but remember, the work begins once the contract is signed!

  • Entering into a container means committing to the process, it signifies a willingness to actively participate, learn, and grow within the designated framework. I create an energetic structure of light where we are corded into each other, connected in the physical and astral planes. My higher self and team of light also becomes yours. You are protected and have access to my codes for the entirety of our time together.
