Join Lauren for a 3-month group container to learn the tools, modalities and methods for deep and transformational shadow work.

LEARN HOW TO NAVIGATE THE SHADOW, THE HIDDEN + THE UNCONSCIOUS THROUGH HIGH ALCHEMY PRACTICES.

If you are someone currently trying navigate through dense energy, feeling the heaviness, feeling stuck and know there is something in your system, psyche, body that is weighing you down, suppressing you, holding you back.

You will receive multiple clearings by Lauren throughout the three months, as well as teaching methods to learn how to navigate through it on your own.

We will focus on:
